Pastor Bill grew up in Reno, Nevada and felt called to ministry as a teenager. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry followed by a Master of Divinity, and spent over ten years serving as a youth pastor before answering his first call as a lead pastor here at Prince of Peace two years ago. Outside of church, he's a devoted family man, married to his wife Bree for 18 years and dad to two girls, ages 12 and 9. When he's not pastoring, you'll likely find him spending time with his family or deep in a video game.

Pastor Bill loves preaching and teaching the Word of God in ways that are understandable and relatable to everyone in the room and he gives all credit to God for a calling he relishes every opportunity to fulfill. He strives to be an approachable and relatable leader who knows when to be serious and, just as importantly, when not to be.

At the heart of his ministry is a conviction that Christianity is a faith defined by unconditional love, grace, and acceptance, and a commitment to counteracting the harm done in Jesus's name that has betrayed those values. At Prince of Peace, he is committed to exploring every avenue of social ministry and outreach to marginalized communities and to raising up a congregation that will share that baptismal call alongside him.
